SUGAR -The most elegant of champions- v01-08

I've just started on the first volume. Seeing Hideki Arai go from his special brand of brutality, as shown in THE WORLD IS MINE, to a boxing comic is pretty interesting. It'd be even better if I knew what the hell was going on. From what I hear, it's as good as his other stuff.

This and Kiichi! are dying for translations.

	"It'd be even better if I knew what the hell was going on." Looking at those pages I'd say it doesn't really matter, it's frickin' fighting breakdance. Translation be damned, if the whole comic is just consecutive scenes of breakdancing and boxing it would only get in the way. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	There's more text heavy pages later. It's obvious to get the jist of the story by looking at it, but it's always better to be able to read it. Like RIKI-OH and other things are a trillion more times awesome in English. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Ah, but if it's in Japanese you can make up your own awesome dialogue to make violence comics even more totally badass. Once it's in English it's comparatively less badass because you can make sense of it. (Reply to this)(Parent)

	Reminds me of the other manga by the Blaster Knuckle guy Wazarai, Cestvs. Boxing...in ancient Rome ( mind you I only looked at one RAW scan of this, but ti was real different than Knuckle )! (Reply to this)
